Legacy Shores
Legacy Shores can be found along the shores of Tellico Lake in East Tennessee. Located about 30 miles southwest of Knoxville, this is another small (99 home sites) community. Legacy Shores also offers dockable waterfront homesites. This gated community is ideal for hiking, biking and/or relaxing in a pristine lakeside setting with great views of Tellico Lake.
